Co-founder of Ykems in 2001, Edouard has more than 25 years of experience in consulting. He has successfully led numerous strategy consulting projects with major international industrial groups. Its interventions cover a wide range of applications: competitive strategy, business planning, support for commercial negotiations, improvement of the performance of industrial supply chains, etc. He has also worked as a consultant for large organizations in the utilities and pharmaceutical industries. He brings multiple expertise in terms of skills and sectors (chemicals, services, mining industry, building materials).
Edouard holds a DEA in Economics from the Sorbonne and a PhD in Economics from the Ecole Polytechnique.
